Viennese Socialdemocrats: HC Strache is nervous!
The federal state party secretary of Viennas Socialdemocrats proceeds on the assumption that Freedom Party leader and challenger for Viennas mayor position HC Strache of the Freedom Party is becoming more and more nervous. “The current statements of Strache support that conclusion”, claims the Socialdemocrat in his latest press release.
The attentive secretary explains that the downsizing of positions in the security zone was dramatic during the government participation of the Freedom Party some years ago, and points out that Strache has an unsocial and irresponsible character as a politican.
“He has supported all of these unsocial decisions as vice chairman of the Freedom Party in those times”, claims the Socialdemocrat. “Now it’s just cynical if he criticizes the staff cuts of the police in Vienna”, the red party secretary continues.
Freedom Party leader HC Strache is the first challenger of the Socialdemocratic mayor Michael Häupl in Vienna. That’s why the tirades between both parties are becoming stronger and stronger.
Strache blamed the Socialdemocractic mayor for the exploding crime in Austrias capital. As the ruling social democracy in Vienna can’t accept such a lese majesty, the press release of the state party secretary was the answer.
