Austrias biggest parties worry about political diction
Austrias two biggest parties, the Socialdemocrats and the Peoples Party, worry about the reciprocal political behaviour.
Socialdemocrats federal whip Doris Bures attacked the Styrian chairman of the Peoples Party, Mr. Schützenhofer, because of his rude way of behaving.
Bures thinks that such kind of a political controversy is not good for the democracy in Austria. Schützenhofer has critized the Socialdemocratic primde candidate in a very emotional way.
The answer of the Peoples Party followed quickly. Peoples Party general secretary Hannes Missethon declared that the Socialdemocrats are the last ones who should complain about the political behaviour in Austria.
“They have coldhearted demounted their chancellor, cheated their voters several times, and creep on the dusty floor to receive a good press in Austrias most popular newspaper”, he said.
Missethon also dislikes the rumours about mysterious negotiations of the Socialdemocrats with the Freedom Party and Haiders BZÖ. He calls it a “reciprocal overbid on the candy bazar of campaign promises.”
