Maria Fekter: “It’s not discrimination to follow our laws”
“It’s no discrimination for asylum seekers if they have to follow our laws”, says Peoples Party Interior Minister Maria Fekter.
Fekter was criticized by immigration supporters about her new idea to abjudicate the asylum status, if asylum seekers break the Austrian law.
“Some asylum seekers use their asylum status for raids in Austria”, says Fekter and confirms that such people abuse their special protection for such criminal activities.
In future the politican of the Peoples Party plans to abjudicate the asylum status for any little violation of a law.
Immigration supporters are not happy about such ideas in Austrian politics. They claim that Maria Fekter should stop doing her discriminating election campaign.
It might be true indeed, that the sudden concerns of the Peoples Party about crime victims is based on the important general election in autumn.
Ok….the election is near and lets say that two Austrian politicians wants to win the most votes, regarding their election program it goes like this:
Politician #1:
Reduce gas price, more jobs for the masses, reduce inflation, better economic relations with the rest of the world.
Politician # 2:
Kick the foreigners out.
And after the votes were counted politician #2 won the election.
It is indeed common knowledge that it is easier to blame the asylum seekers and foreingers for all the failed economic and social programmes of goverment perticulraly in an election period…so,it is no wonder that the various political parties are trying to out-do each other with stringent laws against the asylum seekers.check out the F:O:P-,B:ZO: O:V:P:and even S:P:O programmes..it is all about forignres(asylum seekers) and how they intend to “DEAL” with them,because that is the only way to get the votes and win an alection. the politicians should accept their responsibilities that they have failed the people rather than heep all the blames on foreigners and asylum seeker.afetr all,are there no crimes in Austria before the asyum seekers came to Austria?finally,as the saying goes “when you are in Rome you should behave like a roman”asylum seekers and foriegners should also..alawys abide by the rules and laws of the host communities they live in.
