Austria, you need to reform your laws so that punishment is equal to its crime.
I recently read another story from Austria about a man who repeatedly raped a 4 year
old child and his sentence was a pathetic 10 months in jail. I DON’T UNDERSTAND!?!
It truly turns my stomach. Your punishments are a reflection of how much you value the victims, which seems to be so very little.
15 years in jail for: 24 years of Imprisonment, Rape, Incest and other horror I’m sure we will never know. If this isn’t your wake up call for change then in saddens me to think what message you are sending your countries people. They deserve better.

If we can separate the person from the problem, we find Joseph Fritzl, who admitted of an incestuous relationship with his mother in his childhood, later on developing a sort of ‘addiction’ in having sex with his own daughter. Here the protector became the attacker. Though no reasons of any sort will ever bear sufficient excuse for his ‘crime of the century’, as a human being, he deserves sympathy, just as our sympathies for poor Elizabeth and her innocent children. He should never walk as a free man, but instead, should undergo rigorous treatment in a psychiatric asylum.

i hope that if there are any decent citizens left in austria they will cry out for the resignation of maria berger and demand justice for the seven people fritz abused and kept as slaves. maria berger is as depraved as all the child molesters in that evil nation.

all countries in the world have crime; but the way in which a crime is viewed by a society it speaks of the justice and moral fiber that forms that nation.

the comments of many austrian and of their law makers and lawyers in regards to these cases is proof that austria is a depraved nation lacking any sense of justice or moral integrity. they serve no justice to their children or those who are weak.

but we shouldn’t be surprised. this is the same nation from where hitler came forth. they are a blood thirsty nation who prey on those they can subjugate or view as weaker.

they maybe friendly and kind to a tourist but rape and kill their children in the dark while the rest of their society stands by and watch without any repercusions for the perpetrator. WHERE IS JUSTICE IN AUSTRIA?
