Most of the visitors come from the United States which have a large large majority. Visitors from Great Britain, Canada and Austrialia are also overrepresented.
Exotic countries were also seen again yesterday. Uganda, Bangladesh, and Guatemala were some of them.
Why are Uganda, Bangaldesh and Guatemala called exotic countries? Just want to know.

What happened to Elizabeth was such a monstrosity, that people just care. I will always be praying for her and her family. I hope the newspaper will help to punish the MONSTER-EVEL Mr. Fritzl and alert the Austrian people to change some laws and be more concern with the children.
What the fucks wrong with your newspaper. Is figures more important than indepth analyses and reporting.

The horrific crimes of Fritzle has shocked the world including those of us from “exotic” countries. I dare to say that we are as civilised as those from “non- exotic” countires to feel compassion for the family, and hope that the Austrian system will review its laws to bring the deserved punishment to the perpetrator, and justice for the victims for just heinous crimes against them. My only hope is that they will somehow find some joy and nomalcy in their lives ahead.
It is too bad that your viewers are reading your website now only because of the horrible things that happen in your country. It is too bad that they are not viewing your website because your country invented the cure for cancer! Does anything good come from Austria? From what I read, it is all about Nazi’s, people that have stolen artwork from Jews, rapists, the Fritzls of the world are from Austria! What a hole in the world is Austria?!
Iam from a place call Trinidad and Tobago which is in the Carribean. My country has it own crime , but this was the worst crime i have read about in a very long time .My question to u is .how is it, that the wife/mother do not know ????.Did she not love her child enough to ask her grand childer where their mother was or where their were born .Your husband is sleeping in the basement as a wife do u not investigate to see what is the matters .i have some many question for the wife ,she needs to go to jail also .ty ally
I do also find it a little weird that you would need to report the record visitors numbers. However on the other hand how great is it that no matter where we are in the world we can research and find information on everything. I live in Australia and we heard about this monster too but I was so disturbed by the ordeal of this poor women I was compelled to find out more. I immediatly googled ‘austian news’ as it seemed logical to go straight to the home of this horrible and tragic story. I have been on line nearly every day since it happened, more wanting to find out how Elizabeth is now doing and how the entire family is dealing with the shock and all the emotional stuff that is to follow. Never before have I visited this website as I have never needed to. It’s good to know though no matter what happens in the world and it touches our souls to a degree we need to know more the websites available to gather information are almost a comfort and satisfaction. I certainly do not share Elaines views at all, as I think Austria is a beautiful country and I don’t think the entire country will be tarnished by JF’s demonic acts.

My question. I read that there were seven children of Josef and Rosemarie. Have they not made any statements? Were any of them at the “family reunion”? The omission seems weird.
- Admin, you rock. Always with the quick, polite, and coherent answers. Rare to see these days. Most American sites would just delete the questions.
- Wish people would stop hating on the lawyer, he’s just doing his job.
- While I certainly wouldn’t cry to see JF slowly tortured to death, the only appropriate thing for the state to do is lock him up forever.
- Austria is a fine country with lovely people. There’s assholes everywhere. Certainly no American or Brit can be all that proud of what our countries have been up to lately. We’ve ruined the lives of a lot more than 8 babies spreading Uranium around Iraq.

I hope the Austrian authorities will come down hard on persons who abuse children this evel monster should have been locked up years ago. I will pray for Elizabeth and her children so they can find peace. I have been greately troubled by this horrfic crime.
This has been one of the most horrific crime i have ever heard of. Bad things happen all over the world but to me it seem hard to believe that this secretly hidden by the father for 24 years. I do believe that the laws in Austria need to be changed to protect abused children. I wish the best for Elizabeth and her children.
Has there been any statements from Elizabeths brothers and sisters?
