The people from Austrias Western province Tirol have the highest life expectancy in Austria.

The two places of Tirol with the highest life expectancy are “East Tirol” and the district in and around Kitzbuhel.
The highest causes of death in Tirol, as well as in the rest of Austria, are cardiovascular diseases.
The Tirolean town of Imst and the city of Innsbruck, have the highest cases of lung cancer deaths in Austria. Imst for men, and Innsbruck for women.
