The ruling classes in Europe must stop regarding the masses as too inferior to govern themselves and begin to respect the wishes of their electorate, which is what is necessary in a "real" democracy. Europe/Austria have characteristics that look more like an aristocracy than a democracy governed by the vote of the people!
