Working in Austria: young and poor or old and anxious

A study of the Austrian representation of employees revealed the thoughts and the situation of the working people in Austria.
The result: older employees are not so happy with their work. Young employees are happy about their job, but unhappy with their salary.
Even 26 percent of all workers in Austria think they earn less than they need for living.
Employees over 50 years are very loyal to their company, but they have no motivation to work, and fear the possibility to be fired. Employees who just finished their apprenticeship are the most motivated workers, but they are very unhappy about their salary.
The president of the official representation of employees in Austria demands more options and assistance for further education. This could be the key to more motivated and satisfied employees in Austria.
Salaries in Austria will only increase when the grip of the ‘elites’ in Wien and in Brussels start allowing citizens to keep more of their money. The ruling classes in Europe must stop regarding the masses as too inferior to govern themselves and begin to respect the wishes of their electorate, which is what is necessary in a “real” democracy. Europe/Austria have characteristics that look more like an aristocracy than a democracy governed by the vote of the people!
