12-year-old pupil showed middle finger to teacher: trial!
A peculiar trial is going on in the Carinthian town of Spittal an der Drau.
A 12-year-old pupil has arraign his female teacher to court, because she has hurt his middle finger. Before the “finger attack”, the pupil has presented his outstretched middle finger to the teacher during a lesson.
The case happened during a German lesson. The pupil showed his outstretched middle finger to the female teacher and told he is not able to write the essay, because he has a bruised middle finger.
The whole class broke out in laughter. This was apparently too much for the poor teacher. She grabbed the naughty boy on his shoulders and threw him on the floor. She declared that she has not touched his middle finger.
The trial had to be adjourned, because the 12-year-old “victim of the middle finger” did not appear to the trial.
