Unhappy about Austrian politicans: bomb for parliament

An unknown person, who is unhappy about Austrian politicans, placed a bomb on the stairs of the parliament in Vienna.
The bomb was correctly put together and functional. Only the dynamite was missing.
The committer left a claim of responsibility in which he complains about the bad work of Austrian politicans, fairness, moral, future prospects, conservation of nature and deficient education. The author delcared in his claim of responsibility, he don’t want to cause harm to anybody.
The police is groping in the dark and has no clue about the committer. Strangely even the observation camera of the parliament stairs could not bring any indications.
The bomb was found on Saturday morning at 6:45am.
