After the two rapes last week in the Vorarlberg town of Dornbirn, and the increasing crime, the police of Vorarlberg recommends their citizens to carry arms.

During a radio program yesterday on “Radio Vorarlberg” a member of the Vorlarlberg police forces tells the listeners to carry pepper spray. “Pepper spray is a good instrument against criminal assaults”, he said.

The policeman gave suggestions how to use the weapon. “Hold your pepper spray like a gun”, was one of his hot tips.

Contradictional detail at the sidelines: some weeks ago a 17-year-old boy from Linz was reported to the police because he had pepper spray in his pocket.
