6 years prison for breeding and selling hemp plants

A owner of a hemp shop and his son from Graz, were caught breeding and selling hemp plants.
According to the police, both men (54 and 30 years old) can expect a prison sentence between 6 months and 6 years.
30 customers were traced. Police progressed house searches. The customers were reported by the police, but do not have to fear a jail term.
