Three months jail for eating bread rolls during working time
by admin March 10th, 2007 in Court of Justice
A hungry bakerman was sentenced to three months jail on probation in Klagenfurt, because he was eating bread rolls during working time.
Replying to the question of the judge why he ate the bread rolls of his boss without buying them he answered: “I was hungry”.
In spite of his delict the bakerman is still employed in the baker’s shop. His boss, who was loaded as a witness, did not want to tell if he was still going to employ the hungry bakerman in his enterprise.
The judgement of 3 months jail is not legally binding.
