Austrians want longer opening hours for banks
According to a survey of the market investigation institute Karmasin, Austrians want better opening hours for their banks.
The banks should also open on Saturday. 47% of Austrians would agree an extension of opening hours. More personal contact and better informations about new products, are another important things.
Only 27% of the Austrians are satisfied with their bank service. Surprisingly high interest on the savings bank book, less fees, better options for credits and loans, are not that important for the Austrian bank customer.
