Jennersdorf - soon a town without shops?
Will the little town of Jennersdorf in the federal state Burgenland soon be without shops? The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber names the reasons because more and more shops in this place close and stay empty.
The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber thinks the sales room of shops in Jennersdorf are just too small, and also the enterprises don’t offer the necessary range of goods. Another reasons are the problem where to park the car, and the rent for the sales rooms which are too high. The closeness of the much bigger shopping towns Fürstenfeld and Feldbach makes the disaster for Jennersdorf complete.
At the moment 16 sales rooms are empty in the centre. So many as never before, and quite much for such a little town like Jennersdorf.
