Almdudler trial: Female landlord sentenced to 8 weeks

almdudlerThe female landlord made advertising with Almdudler on the window of her restaurant, but inside her restaurant she sold usual herbal juice instead of the original Almdudler. Today she was sentenced to 8 weeks prison on probation.

Almdudler is searching for such pubs and restaurants which make advertising with its famous soft drink, but give usual herbal juice to the guests. The female landlord was one of those. She made advertising with Almdudler in her windows, and even in the menu she claimed to sell Almdudler. But served was usual juice made of herbs. With that she violated the protection of trademarks.
