Klagenfurt, the capital of the federal state Carinthia is becoming more and more popular. Already in September there are 10.000 overnight stays more as last year in 2005.
In contrast to its federal capital, the province of Carinthia is suffering under dropping overnight stays. The minus amounts between six and eight percent.
